Acts 5:31 Him has God exalted with His Right Hand to be a Prince and a Savior, for to give Repentance to Israel, and Forgiveness of sins.

 

The Apostles and all the believers stood strong against the Sanhedrin (the law of the land) and spoke Truth to them. The people were great in number and were standing with the Apostles which caused the leaders of the Synagogue to back off in fear. Then the captain went with the officers and brought them without violence, for they feared the people, lest they should be stoned. (Acts 5:26)

 

The Sadducees had put the Apostles in prison but the Angel of the Lord opened the doors and let them out. The Angel also spoke a Message to the Apostles saying, “Go, stand in the Temple and speak to the people all the Words of this life.” (Acts 5:20) The Apostles heard the Word of the Lord and they obeyed. They went right back to the Temple and continued teaching and preaching about Jesus. The people came in great numbers because they knew they were in the Presence of God and that the Apostles were speaking the Truth of the Gospel of Christ.

 

So, when the officials came the next time to talk with the Apostles, they were no longer in command. Rather they were afraid of the people so the Apostles stood strong, spoke their minds, and said, The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom you killed and hung on a tree. Him has God exalted with His Right Hand to be a Prince and a Savior, for to give Repentance to Israel, and Forgiveness of sins. (Acts 5:30-31)

 

I believe God is raising up strong people like this today. Most of the people serving in the government of the United States of America are evil and corrupt just like the Pharisees, Sadducees, and the Sanhedrin were in the First Century. Actually, our government officials are far worse than the Synagogue leaders then because the depth of evil that rules and reigns now is beyond what most Christians can even imagine.

 

However, Jesus is still a Prince and a Savior for to give Repentance and Forgiveness of sins. For those of us who have turned off the mainstream media and are listening to the truth of what is really happening in America and around the world, we are seeing more and more people coming to Christ every day. Real Christians with real strength and fortitude are rising up and speaking their minds just as Peter and the Apostles did in the 5th Chapter of the Book of Acts.

 

The people stood with the Apostles in opposition to the officials. Will the Church stand with the strong Christians God is rising up today? Will the Church wake up to the truth of the evil that is in operation in the government, media, and entertainment industry of America today?

 

Judgment is coming soon. I give you the Word of the Lord as spoken by the Great Prophet Isaiah. Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and prudent in their own sight. Woe to men mighty at drinking wine for mixing intoxicating drink, who justify the wicked for a bribe and take away justice from the Righteous man! (Isaiah 5: 20-23)

 

It’s time to be awakened to the Truth of the Word of God. It’s time to stand strong in the face of the enemy. It’s time to stand for good and shun evil. We are in the midst of a Great Awakening in America and around the world but few realize it. Allow me to suggest to you that you turn off the corrupt, evil mainstream media that is nothing more than propaganda. Stop listening to these lies. Rather, turn on and listen to a Christian-based, Spirit-filled news source, and with all your heart, pray seeking the truth.
