Acts 10:38 How God Anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with Power: Who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.
God Anointed Jesus with the Power of the Holy Spirit to perform Miracles of Healing and Deliverance. God did this out of His great Love for all people. Yes, God loves you so much He wants you to be Healed of any and all sickness and disease and He also wants you to be set free from any demonic oppression or influence in your life. This, my friends, is the definition of Spiritual Freedom and this is why Jesus came to earth and died on the Cross of Calvary.
The enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy as many people as he can. He hates God so much he does everything in his power to destroy God’s greatest creation: mankind. He is currently working hard to destroy the entire human race but the Power of God in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth is far, far greater than anything Satan has. Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. (1 John 4:4)
Never forget that whatever the enemy has attacked you with, the Name of Jesus can cast it out of your midst. You do not have to live in a state of harassment and demonic oppression. If you think you do, you are being lied to.
Many Christians today believe that being poor, and oppressed by the devil is just part of being a believer but nothing could be farther from the truth! Some believe that if they simply go into seclusion and draw near to God the enemy’s oppressing will just go away. That is not true either.
We have two sources of information and guidance in regard to spiritual warfare: The Word of God and the Ministry of Jesus here on earth. What did Jesus do when He was confronted with a demon-possessed person? What does the Word of God tell us to do in such cases?
Jesus NEVER just patted the person on the head and told them to go home, draw near to God and the oppression would just go away. He did something about it! He faced the demon head-on and commanded it to leave the person which it did, EVERY TIME!
Jesus gave us that very same Power over the enemy! Behold, I give you the Authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. (Luke 10:19)
If you are feeling depressed, oppressed, or sick, you are being attacked by the enemy. This is not God’s Will for your life and you don’t have to live like this. The Name of Jesus is your weapon against anything Satan comes at you with. Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your Word, by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done in the Name of Your Holy Servant Jesus. (Acts 4:29-30)
The Power of God to Heal and Deliver is in the Name of Jesus.
Speak His Name and watch God……….turn the tide……….in your life.
