Psalm 33:12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom He has chosen as His heritage!

There are people in our land who want to see America as we know her, destroyed. This is hard for most Americans to understand because who in their right mind would want to do this? There is no place on earth like America and yet some want to destroy our heritage and take away our freedom. I fully understand that no one can fight progress, but what we are seeing in America today is NOT PROGRESS! It is REGRESS to tyranny.

 

For over 240 years Americans have lived in freedom here in our land. We have stood for freedom around the world. An untold number of Americans have lost their lives in the fight for freedom. Now we are fighting for freedom right here on American soil.

 

Most Americans have their heads in the sand on this issue as the enemy is encircling them with hate and destruction. The prayer for America is for the people to WAKE UP! Myself and many others have been praying and speaking these words for a long time. Some are listening. Many are not.

 

One day they will wake up only to discover the very fiber of what America is all about has been changed. American history books are no longer true. The schools are teaching falsehoods. The children are being taught everything imaginable that is in direct opposition to the Holy Word of God upon which our nation was founded and has thrived all these many years.

 

We have sat back and watched this happen. We have been weak and silent. We have allowed the enemy to rob us of our liberty. We have become a nation of people dependent on the government for everything. This is what happens when you take God and His Word out of society.

 

God, His Word, His Son, and His Holy Spirit are one and the same. They cannot be separated. If we are “one nation under God” then let us act like it. If we are “one nation under God” then let the Word of God be spoken in our streets, read on billboards, and taught in our schools.

 

Jesus Christ is the Savior of THE WORLD. God tells us this in John 3:16. For God so loved THE WORLD that He gave His only begotten Son……..

 

America was founded on the principles of the Word of God. At the start of this message, I asked this question about a quote. Which American statesman said the following? "I am a real Christian – that is to say, a disciple of the doctrines of Jesus Christ."

 

The answer: Jefferson, the third President of the United States, one of the authors of our Declaration of Independence. He and our other founding fathers believed in freedom. He also believed in God and the principles of the Word of God. This is what our country was founded upon. That’s why they are called our FOUNDING fathers who wrote our FOUNDING documents. They were GROUNDED and IMMERSED in the Truth of the Bible.

 

I began this message with a question and I will end it with a different one. What are our current leaders immersed in?
