1 Thessalonians 5:2 For ourselves know perfectly that the Day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night.
In the Apostle Paul’s second letter to the Thessalonians, he warns them of the soon-coming wrath of God. He refers to this as the Day of the Lord. On that fateful day, God will Rapture the Church and all unbelievers will be left behind.
No one knows when it will happen. But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the Angels of Heaven, but My Father only. (Matthew 24:36) However, it WILL happen and every Prophecy in the Bible has been fulfilled up until this one. If we keep our eyes on Israel, we can follow God’s Timeline. It is evident that the next thing to happen on God’s Timeline is the Rapture of the Church.
This will be much like the day when God closed the door on Noah’s Ark. The people had been given ample warning but they did not heed God’s Word. Noah spent 120 years building the Ark. I’m sure he told many people about the purpose of the Ark but no one listened and they all perished in the flood.
In the 24th Chapter of the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus spoke about this. But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the Angels of Heaven, but My Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. (Matthew 24:36-39)
People do not view God’s Timeline as History but that is exactly what it is. History is God’s Story; His Story. While many people are noted and quoted in the many volumes of human history, the actual Timeline of Events lies in the pages of the Word of God. All else is nothing more than rabbit trails.
We MUST get focused and stay focused on the Father’s Business. We have been given the Mind of Christ yet we think about trivial matters of this world. All around us, people are lost, dying, and headed straight for Hell. If Jesus came back today most people would be left behind to suffer the effects of the Great Tribulation which will be the single most horrific time in human history.
On October 7, 2023, we got a glimpse of what life on Earth will be like during the Great Tribulation. The Humas attack on Israel was horrific. We saw tiny babies ripped from their mother’s arms and beheaded. Little children were forced to watch their parents being killed. These people are barbarians and possessed by the Devil.
Please take a moment to consider the fact that after the Rapture takes place, every true, born-again Christian will be gone. That means there will be no one living on earth that is filled with the Holy Spirit. Only evil will remain and evil will rule and reign on this earth at that time. For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. (Matthew 24:21)
What we saw in October is nothing compared to what things will be like after the Rapture of the Church. You don’t want to be here when this takes place. You don’t have to be here. Today is the day of Salvation. Today is the day to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. He is coming back for His Bride; the Church. Will you be going to meet Him in the air or will you be left behind to suffer the Great Tribulation?
To make Jesus your Lord and Savior is the single most important decision you will ever make. Have you made this decision? If not, please do so right now because today just may be the Day he comes for us.
He is soon coming to…..…….turn the tide……….in this world.
I feel a tremendous urgency about this. Doreen
