Romans 5:9 Much more then, having now been Justified by His Blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.

 

JUSTIFICATION is a tremendous Benefit for the believer. It is a concept that is easy to understand but often difficult to accept because we are conditioned to believe that we “deserve” discipline and punishment for the things we do wrong. In the natural, this is indeed true but in the spiritual it is something completely different.

 

Without faith in the shed Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ there is no Justification for anyone. The moment a person understands and accepts what Jesus did for them personally on the Cross and declares Him to be the Lord of their life because of His Sacrifice, they are immediately Justified in the eyes of God. Spiritually speaking, they are innocent, found to be not guilty of any and all charges against them.

 

The Apostle Paul wrote: There is now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. (Romans 8:1) Again, this Passage of Scripture is easy to read and understand, but it is difficult to apply to our individual lives BECAUSE we know in our hearts that we have done so many things wrong. We have all committed sins and we are all guilty in the eyes of man. However, IF we are in Christ Jesus (a believer in His Finished Work on the Cross) we are NOT GUILTY in the eyes of God! He does not see us as that sinner who did all those things. He does not view us in that way. He sees us exactly as He sees His own Son, Jesus, perfect and sinless!

 

The moment you believed you were Justified. In that single moment in time you received the Benefit of JUSTIFICATION. That means you were found to be not guilty; innocent of all charges. Why? Because Jesus paid the price for ALL SIN ON THE CROSS! His shed Blood paid for all the sins of all of mankind and that includes YOU!

 

Every sin that has ever been committed or will be committed, has already been paid for. God Almighty set the price and Jesus paid the price IN FULL, once and for all. The moment you believe this, every sin you have ever committed is TOTALLY forgotten by God. His Word says, As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions. (Psalms 103:12)

 

The Benefit of JUSTIFICATION is to be declared innocent of all charges by God. It brings FREEDOM from guilt and the coming wrath of God. Much more then, having now been Justified by His Blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.(Romans 5:1)

 

Don’t be deceived my friends, the wrath of God is real and it is coming. Anyone who is not a born again believer in the Finished Work of the Lord Jesus Christ on the Cross of Calvary will suffer the wrath of God and they will spend eternity in the fire of Hell where there is wailing and gnashing of teeth. (Matthew 13:42)

 

Jesus went to the Cross so you don’t have to suffer like this. He suffered and died on the Cross for you. Today is the day of Salvation and Justification. Say yes to God and He will declare you JUSTIFIED and saved from His coming wrath.

 

What a friend we have in Jesus! He paid it all so we can have it all. Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends. (John 15:13) All you have to do is believe it!

 

Justification will……….turn the tide……..in your life.
