Romans 8:27 And He Who searches the hearts knows what is the Mind of the Spirit, because He makes intercession for the Saints according to the Will of God.

 

God has a specific Plan and Purpose for every believer. This is God’s Will for our lives and it will benefit His Kingdom in some way. It is our responsibility to seek the Will of God for ourselves and then act in obedience to His Will.

 

Unfortunately, most believers seek advice from other people and devise their own plans for their life. Because they are a believer in Christ, they think that their plan is the Will of God for them when in actuality, it may not be. In fact, it probably is not.

 

When we are obedient to God’s Plan for us, He will Bless us beyond measure. Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the Voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His Commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these Blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the Voice of the Lord your God. (Deuteronomy 28:1)

 

The Holy Spirit of God will teach us and lead us in the Way and Will of God for our lives. When we obey the Voice of the Holy Spirit, God will Bless us and our ministry will grow as people are Saved, Healed, and Delivered.

 

The Holy Spirit of God works hand-in-hand with God the Father. We have access to Them through our faith in the Finished Work of Christ on the Cross of Calvary. Prior to Jesus going to the Cross, people did not have constant access to God or the Holy Spirit. God spoke to them through the Prophets who were occasionally visited by the Holy Spirit. When Jesus gave up His Spirit and said It is finished. (John 19:30) the Veil in the Temple was rent in two. This gave all believers in Christ direct access to the Holy of Holies which is God the Father. We can go directly to our Heavenly Father through our Savior Jesus Christ Who is our access to God. I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No man comes to the Father, but by Me. (John 14:26)

 

I would venture to say that most people devise their own plans and ask God to Bless them. This is not God’s Way. We are to seek God’s Plan for our life and obey it. His Plans are already Blessed by Him. There are many plans in a man’s heart, nevertheless the Lord’s counsel—that will stand. (Proverbs 19:31)

 

Take the time to read the 28th Chapter of Deuteronomy. It will shed some light on this subject. The bottom line is this: Listen and OBEY the Voice and Leading of the Holy Spirit of God and you will be Blessed.

 

God’s Plan will…...….turn the tide……….in your life.
