John 8:45 But because I tell the Truth, you do not believe Me.

 

The Word of God is the Truth. Every Word is not only true, but it is the Truth. No one can dispute this fact. Jesus spoke the Truth because He was the Word of God in the flesh. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. (John 1:14)

 

The religious people hated Jesus because He spoke the Truth. Jesus spoke the Truth because He knew nothing else. He never had an evil thought because He had no sin nature. He never spoke a falsehood because He had no sin nature. Therefore, every Word that proceeded out of His mouth was the Truth and only the Truth; the Truth of God Almighty.

 

We can never go wrong when we quote the Word of God. In and of ourselves, we will oftentimes speak our own thoughts which can be unhealthy and unrighteous. This is because we all are born with the sin nature and we operate at times in the flesh. However, to speak the Word of God comes from God and is 100% Truth.

 

People will hate you when you speak the Truth of the Word of God. Just as they hated Jesus, they will hate you and me. That’s okay because we know what the Word says. We know what Jesus said. We know that He is the Word of God and every Word that proceeded out of His mouth is the Truth.

 

Therefore, read and study the Word of God. Learn it. Memorize it. Hide it in your heart. Ask the Holy Spirit to give you the words to speak. He will do this for you. Jesus said When they deliver you over, do not be anxious how you are to speak or what you are to say, for what you are to say will be given to you in that hour. For it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you. (Matthew 10:19-20)

 

 

The Word of God will……..….turn the tide……….in your life.
