Spirit Led Lives

1 Corinthians 15:44 There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

For several months we have been on a quest to determine God’s Plan for His Church; the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus is the Head of the Church because He died on the Cross of Calvary to birth the Church. If Jesus had not gone to the Cross, there would be no Church as we know it today. Everything we have that is Good is due to our belief and faith in what Jesus accomplished on the Cross.

Therefore, it is imperative that we maintain our faith in His Finished Work. It was there that He fulfilled God’s Sacrificial requirement for the sin in this world. He also defeated the power of the enemy in our lives. (Colossians 2:15)

Every human being is both spiritual and natural. Our physical bodies are the natural part of us and our spirit beings are what drive our words and actions. Our spirit being is influenced by other spirits, both Good and evil. Given the fact that we are all born with a sin nature, we are prone to the influence of evil spirits. However, due to the Finished Work of Jesus on the Cross of Calvary, we don’t have to succumb to this attack of the enemy. When we maintain our faith totally in the Victory Jesus won for us on the Cross, we can live in that Victory every day. That, my friends, is the Good News of the Gospel of Christ!

Every story and lesson in the Word of God has both a natural and spiritual application. Because we are natural beings, it’s easy to determine what God is teaching us in regard to life application. However, the spiritual application is not always that easy. We must seek that wisdom. Ask God to give you the ability to see in the spirit realm. He will grant you this ability and it is imperative for us to be able to see in the Spirit if we are to lead a victorious life.

This is what Paul wrote about to the Romans when he said, There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. (Romans 8:1-2) If believers had a clear understanding of this Passage of Scripture, they could live their lives in total Victory over the enemy every day.

Jesus suffered and died a horrible death so we can have the Holy Spirit guiding and directing our lives and teaching us everything we need to know. He is the SPIRIT OF GOD and we have access to Him 24/7! Prior to Crucifixion Day, no one had the Holy Spirit dwelling within them. Jesus’ Finished Work on the Cross included our ability to be totally led by the Spirit of God ALL THE TIME!

This Revelation will……..….turn the tide ……….in your life.

Thank you Jesus!         Doreen
