The Rapture And The Second Coming
January 25, 2024, 3:00 AM

The Rapture of the Church and the Second Coming of Christ are NOT the same event. It is very important that we know the difference.

The Rapture is described in the Word of God. For this we say to you by the Word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from Heaven with a shout, with the Voice of an Archangel, and with the Trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words. (1 Thessalonians 4:15-18)

The body of every Saved person who has died will be resurrected at the Rapture of the Church. In addition, those who are still alive at that time will leave this earth to meet the Lord in the air. This will take place instantaneously; in the twinkling of an eye.

The Second Coming of Christ is when Jesus will return and establish His Kingdom on Earth. At this time He will defeat the Antichrist and destroy all evil. Now I saw Heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in Righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a Name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His Name is called The Word of God. And the armies in Heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses, Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He has on His robe and on His thigh a Name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORDS OF LORDS. (Revelation 19:11-16)

The Rapture of the Church will take place first. At that time, believers will leave this earth to meet Jesus in the clouds. At the Second coming of Christ, believers will come back with Jesus as the armies in Heaven. At that time, Jesus will establish His Kingdom here on Earth.

The Biblical timeline is extremely important. We are very close to the Rapture of the Church. No one knows the day or the hour but every Prophecy in the Word of God has been fulfilled up to the point of the Rapture. I pray you are ready to go because we don’t want to be left behind and suffer the Great Tribulation.

The Word of God will………..turn the tide……..in your life!
