Luke 13:27 But He will say, “I tell you I do not know you, where you are from. Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity.”
For the last two days, we have been discussing the importance of not being unequally yoked with unbelievers. Sometimes these people do not appear as unbelievers. At times they come as ministers of the Gospel when in fact, they are ministers of Satan.
The Word of God calls these people workers of iniquity. There are many Passages of Scripture regarding these people and as we read them, we can be assured that while they may be masquerading as ministers of righteousness, the Lord God Almighty knows exactly who they are and they will answer to Him.
There is no darkness nor shadow of death where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves. (Job 34:22) They cannot hide from God.
They utter speech, and speak insolent things; all the workers of iniquity boast in themselves. (Psalms 94:4) Pride is their controlling force. By this, they will be known.
The boastful shall not stand in Your sight; You hate all workers of iniquity. (Psalms 5:5) These people will answer to Him.
Do not take me away with the wicked and with the workers of iniquity, who speak peace to their neighbors, but evil is in their hearts. (Psalms 28:3) Their lives are a masquerade motivated by evil.
Hide me from the secret plots of the wicked, from the rebellion of the workers of iniquity. (Psalms 64:2) Seek the Lord’s protection from these rebellious people.
Keep me from the snares they have laid for me, and from the traps of the workers of iniquity. (Psalms 141:9) Pray for Divine Guidance and Protection.
Do not fret because of evildoers, nor be envious of the workers of iniquity. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. (Psalms 37:1-2) Don’t worry. God will handle them.
When the wicked spring up like grass, and when all the workers of iniquity flourish, it is that they may be destroyed forever. (Psalms 92:7) God will destroy them forever.
For behold, Your enemies, O Lord, for behold, Your enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered. (Psalms 92:9) They are the enemies of God and they shall all perish and be scattered.
The way of the Lord is strength for the upright, but destruction will come to the workers of iniquity. (Proverbs 10:29) The Lord is strength for the upright believer. Workers of iniquity are guaranteed destruction.
But He will say, “I tell you I do not know you, where you are from. Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity.” (Luke 13:27) Jesus will reject them at the Gate and they will spend eternity in Hell separated from Him.
My friends, God’s Word is True. His Promises are yes and Amen. (2 Corinthians 1:20) You can take it to the bank. Pray for your enemies that God will grant them Repentance and not turn them over to a reprobate mind. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9) Repentance is their only hope but it’s all the hope they need.
Repentance will……..….turn the tide……….in anyone’s life!
