Ephesians 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the ruler of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

 

It is Satan’s job to destroy the Gospel of Christ and the Church. He works very hard to do so. Oftentimes he uses the Church and its people to destroy itself. This has been his mode of operation since the First Century Church. He has not changed. He is still doing exactly what he did then and believers are still falling for his lies. Satan is the father of lies.

 

Jesus had a long talk with the Pharisees and John recorded the conversation I the 8th Chapter of his Gospel. Jesus did not mince words with them. The following is just a segment of that conversation. If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God; nor have I come of Myself, but He sent Me. Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My Word. You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. (John 8:41-44)

 

Anyone who claims to be a preacher of the Gospel but serves himself and seeks to build his personal empire is a liar! He is not of God and he is not a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. His father is the devil and it is he that he serves.

 

You may know that I like numbers and I believe God uses numbers. It is no coincidence that God gave me this message for today. The date today is June 6, 2022. Numerically, that is 6-6-6. This is the number for the antichrist. Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666. (Revelation 13:18)

 

In addition, it is no coincidence that God allowed the Scripture Reference for His description of Satan to be Ephesians 6:12. That too is 666. Jesus said, Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast.

 

So, on this day (6-6-6) I remind you that the enemy comes ONLY to kill, steal and destroy. Although he absolutely works through people, he is not flesh and blood himself. He is a fallen Angel, Hell bent to destroy you, your faith, your family, and the entire Church. He will not succeed. Read the end of the Book!

 

As the Apostle Paul wrote to the Ephesians and some man assigned the Scripture Reference of Ephesians 6:12 (666) For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the ruler of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

 

To every believer in the Finished Work of Christ on the Cross of Calvary, has been given ALL POWER over the enemy. Greater is He who is you than he that is in the world. (1 John 4:4) Hallelujah! Today is not Satan’s day. It is the Day that the Lord has made for us to walk in Victory over the enemy!
