Habakkuk 2:11 For the stone shall cry out of the wall, and the beam out of the timber shall answer it.
People who live their lives as elitists don’t concern themselves with the “little people” of this world. The Prophetic Vision given to Habakkuk paints a perfect picture of this. People are not born elite. They elevate themselves to that position because they believe themselves to be better than others.
They do whatever it takes to maintain their status in life. Stopping at nothing, they will destroy people financially, socially, and if necessary, physically. Yes, many people have been murdered because they have stood in the way of the elitist or threatened to blow the whistle on their sinful lifestyle.
These people bring disgrace to their own family name, and in Verse 11, we read that at some point the stones of their own house will cry out and the timbers that hold their mansion together will answer. As strong as their empire may seem, eventually, they will implode from within and come to ruin. This is a Promise of God!
Every Prophesy in the Word of God has either already come to pass or will come to pass in the future. God does not speak to hear Himself talk. He speaks ONLY Truth.
Throughout history, we have seen mighty dictators gain strength and power only to fall in defeat as their own people finally stand against them. A modern-day example of this would be Muammar Gaddafi, who, after ruling Libya for 42 years, was taken out by his own people who had finally had enough. Gaddafi had used and abused his people to gain power and prestige for himself and his own family.
In spite of the fact that he repeated over and over again, "All my people love me." In the end, he was killed by his own people who rose up against the sin of their evil leader. In effect, the stones and timbers of the enormous house Gaddafi had built cried out from its very walls against him, and the house of Gaddafi came crashing down.
America was founded on principles found in the Word of God. Our Founding Fathers had lived under the dictatorship of the King of England and fought to defend a land where the people could live in freedom and have a voice in their government.
Today, while we still enjoy more freedoms than most people around the world, we see our government growing in size and people elevating themselves to almost a dictator position. This cannot stand in America!
We have a constitution inspired by God and drawn by the framers of our country. We are ONE NATION UNDER GOD, and we must not allow any person or people group to tell us otherwise. Since our beginning, we have trusted in God Almighty, the Creator of the Universe. The Name of Jesus and/or reference to Christianity is in every State Constitution in America. This is who we are, and this is WHY God has blessed this nation in such tremendous ways.
We, the people, must not allow a dictator to rise up in America. We the people have not only the right to stand, but we have the RESPONSIBILITY to stand and defend our freedom in this country.
When God’s people are for Him, He will……..turn the tide
