Mark 9:24 Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!”

ALL Victory over sin is due to Jesus’ Sacrifice on the Cross. No person, program, or regimen will bring victory over sin. The only source of Victory is our unadulterated faith and belief that Jesus conquered it on the Cross that day all those many years ago.

He is our source of Victory. He is our ONLY source of Victory. There is no need to seek therapy or help from any person, book, tradition, or religious regimen. All that is for naught. All we have to do is believe in what Jesus did on the Cross.

He gave His Life that we do not have to live in sin and be enslaved by sin. Whatever it is you deal with (and we all deal with some sort of sin) BELIEVE Jesus defeated that demon on the Cross. All sin is the manifestation of a demonic spirit ministering to us. These monsters infiltrate our minds and convince us to enter into sinful activity.

If you are a visual person, visualize Jesus physically and spiritually demolishing and totally destroying this demon in your life because that is EXACTLY what He did. The problem is, we don’t believe it. The greatest sin is the sin of unbelief.

In 9th Chapter of Mark we read where a man brought his son for deliverance. The Disciples were unable to cast the demon out but Jesus said, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes." Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!” What happened next was because of the father’s BELIEF! When Jesus saw that the people came running together, He rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it: “Deaf and dumb spirit, I command you, come out of him and enter him no more!" Then the spirit cried out, convulsed him greatly, and came out of him. And he became as one dead, so that many said, “He is dead.” But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him up, and he arose.

The son was no longer controlled and enslaved by the demonic spirit because of the Power Jesus had over it. This SAME POWER is available to us if we will just believe. What will you believe Jesus for today?

Believing in Jesus will………turn the tide ………..in your life

I believe!      Doreen
