Genesis 1:2 And the Earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep, and the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 

 

God has put in place a proper order for everything. It's important that His people understand His order and strive to live their lives accordingly.

 

To establish order, the order must first be made known and understood. Yesterday, we discussed a basic, foundational Truth about God's Order for His Universe. We learned that God created the heavens and the Earth and everything in it. This includes the entire universe; every planet, moon, and star was created by God at that time. (Genesis 1:1)

 

This Truth deems the theory of evolution an outright fallacy. Nothing evolved from anything. Everything was created by the Creator. Creation demands a Creator, and God Almighty is His Name. That Truth is the First Truth established by God for His Universe.

 

We also learned from John 1:1-3 and in Genesis 1:1 that the Word of God and Jesus are one and the same Person of the Trinity. Jesus existed before His Birth.  At that time, He was The Word. We read in John 1:14, The Word became flesh and dwelt among us. 

 

With that Truth in place, we will move on to the Third Person of the Trinity, the Holy Spirit of God, who also has existed from the beginning. We read this in Genesis 1:2 And the Earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep, and the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 

 

In the first Two Verses of the Bible, the Trinity is revealed to the reader. The Father, the Son (or the Word), and the Holy Spirit make up God in Three Persons; the Godhead; the Trinity. One did not exist before the other. They are One God and have no beginning or end. They have always existed. This foundational Divine Truth must be understood and believed before we can go any further.

 

This is the foundation for the Order of God to be built upon. Never question God's Order for anything. He is precise and perfect. He makes no mistakes. Everything He does is exact and in absolute order. Nothing happens by chance. There is no such thing as a coincidence with God.

 

You and I are a part of His Divine Order and Plan for His Universe. He created you and caused you to be born at a precise moment in time. You are alive today because it is God's Plan. You are a part of His Plan for His Universe. He has a specific part for you to play, which is His Divine Plan and Purpose for your individual life. To begin to understand what His Plan and Purpose for you is, you must use all your strength to seek Him with all your heart, mind, and soul. 

 

Jesus said, And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. This is the First Commandment. (Mark 12:30)
