Jeremiah 33:3 Call unto Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you know not.
Have you ever wondered why I send the Morning Message at 3:33 am? The answer is because of the Scripture, Jeremiah 33:3. This Passage is known as “God’s phone number.” The Lord gave this Prophecy to Jeremiah in the year 590 B.C.
God said, Call unto Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you know not. God wants us to call Him. He has something to show us and tell us that we have not yet learned.
Most people do not answer their phone at 3:33 in the morning, but God says, Call unto Me, and I will answer you! He is always there, and He is waiting for your call. He has something to say to you that you currently don't know.
It’s common to hear people say that they just wake up between 3:00 and 3:30 in the morning. At first, they seem to be aggravated by this, but when they learn that God is calling them and seeks to speak to them, they get excited about waking up at that time.
Jeremiah was shut up in prison when God gave him this Prophecy. He was being held captive in a dark cell, unable to live his normal life. Needless to say, God had his attention. He had nowhere to go.
Many Christians feel as though they are shut up in a dark prison cell with nowhere to go. Held captive by the enemy, they pace back and forth in this spiritual dungeon. It seems like no one wants to listen or help them escape, but God says, Call unto Me, and I will answer you!
Friends and family are quick to say, “Call me if you need anything,” but everyone is so busy (especially at this time of year) that we don’t want to take people away from their families. So, we don’t call. Instead, we stay locked up in the dark cell of gloom and depression that seems to close in on us more and more with every passing day.
If this describes you, there is Hope! Hallelujah! God has something to tell you that you don’t know! This is a tremendous Promise, and He will keep it! The next time you wake up between 3:00 and 3:30 in the morning, rejoice because God has sent you a wake-up call!
When you wake up, make it a practice to look at the clock. You may be surprised at how many times it will be around 3:30 am. When this happens, remember this beautiful Promise of God found in Jeremiah 33:3; Call unto Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you know not. Make that call. God is waiting to hear from you.
Only God can........turn the tide
Hallelujah! Doreen
