Have You Been Robbed?

Psalm 28:3-5 Draw me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, who speak peace to their neighbors, but mischief is in their hearts. Give them according to their deeds, and according to the wickedness of their endeavors: give them after the work of their hands; render to them their desert. Because they regard not the Works of the Lord, nor the operation of His Hands, He shall destroy them, and not build them up.

In this Passage of Scripture, David describes most of the world today: wicked, workers of iniquity; liars and cheats. Not a single one of them was created to be this way. God created them all to worship Him and bring glory to Him. He placed within every one of them a special Gifting and Anointing, but they have been robbed. Some, if not most, don’t even know it.

When children are not told the Truth of the Love of God and the Gospel of Christ, the enemy can easily steal from them everything God created them with. Without the Word of God and the Gospel of Christ, the world is nothing but a corrupt, evil place where, generation after generation, everything gets worse.

The corruption in the world today is so prevalent, we EXPECT people to be corrupt. We EXPECT the used car salesman to cheat us. We EXPECT the politician to lie. We EXPECT the worst because wickedness has become the norm.

Sometimes we become so distraught we ask, “What has happened to this world?” Even spiritually lost people are asking this. They know something is very wrong, but they don’t know the source of it all because they don’t know the source of all Goodness.

The Apostle Paul wrote of these times in his letter to young Timothy. But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. (2 Timothy 3:1-5)

God is just. He loves us unconditionally, but He will pour out His Wrath. Judgment is coming. I believe we are absolutely living in the last of the last days. Jesus is coming back for His Bride. I pray you are ready. The Great Prophet Isaiah said, Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!

One day soon, God will…….. turn the tide
