Revelation 20:11 Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it,

 

The Great White Throne Judgment is for unbelievers. It will take place at the end of the 1,000 year Millenium. At this time, every person who ever lived and did not accept Jesus as their Savior will stand before Him. Every evil deed they ever committed is written in the Book of Life and will be revealed at that time.

 

These people are destined for eternal punishment because of their rejection of Jesus Christ. As they stand before Jesus, He will judge them and sentence them to their punishment and they will be cast into the lake of fire.

 

Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire. (Revelation 20:11-15)

 

Again, this is for UNBELIEVERS. An unbeliever is someone who has rejected Jesus Christ. This is why it is imperative that the Gospel of Christ be preached and the Truth be told.

 

Believers in Christ will not stand before Jesus at the Great White Throne Judgement because they have accepted Jesus as their Savior and Lord. They believe that Jesus went to the Cross and died for their sins. His Blood paid the price for every sin they ever committed and His Righteousness has been imputed to them. They have been Redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb. They are not lost. They are Saved by the Grace of God through faith in the Finished Work of Christ on the Cross of Calvary.

 

Today is the day of Salvation. The Great White Throne Judgment is real. It will take place. If you are not Saved and born again, you will stand before Jesus and be sentenced to eternal punishment in the lake of fire. PLEASE! Accept Him today before it is too late. We have no guarantee of tomorrow. There are no more chances after we take our last breath. By the Mercy of God, we are still breathing and can still say yes to Jesus. Do it today. It costs nothing and provides everything. Hallelujah!
