Acts 3:8 So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the Temple with them—walking, leaping, and praising God. 

 

Upon receiving his Healing, the man (who had been lame his entire life) was a completely different person! He would not spend another day sitting at the Gate of the Temple begging for food. He was on his feet, walking, leaping, and praising God!

 

This man REALLY believed in the Power of the Name of Jesus. He believed it, and he accepted it for himself. He didn’t just say he believed in it, but went on living as a crippled beggar, as so many modern-day Christians do. 

 

This is God’s Will for all of us. God wants all of us to be leaping with joy and praising Him for what He has done in our lives. If you are a saved, born-again Christian, you have something to be leaping and praising God about! You have been changed from the person you once were! 

 

You have a new identity in Christ! You are no longer the victim of this world, sitting in church begging for help as the people walk by. Rise up out of that condition and accept your new identity. Nothing has to be the same any longer. If your life is the same, it’s because you have chosen to remain the same, rejecting your Salvation and all the Believer's Benefits in the Pasture of Plenty. 

 

You don’t have to sit at the Gate and watch the people go to and fro. You have been accepted! Get up! Throw off the old self and go in! Bask in the Presence of God! Leap for joy at the mention of His Name. Tell the world who you are now and how God has changed you! Someone out there needs to hear all about it!   

 

Your testimony will........turn the tide…......in someone’s life.
