2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

 

My friends, the Bible tells us Jesus is coming back for His Church. Many (including myself) believe this is not far off. The time of "beating around the bush" with the Truth of God's Word is over. It's time to boldly speak the Truth of the Gospel of Christ EVERYWHERE!

 

The spirit of fear results in being timid and cowardly. People who are afraid run and hide. Fear, cowardice, and timidity are not of God. There are only two sources of spirits: God and Satan. If fear and timidity are not from God, then it must be from Satan, who comes ONLY to kill, steal, and destroy God's people. (John 10:10)

 

It's time to cast out the spirit of fear and timidity of the enemy and take on the Spirit of Power we have been given by the Holy Spirit of God. God is powerful! The Spirit of God in us is powerful as well!   

        

The Nation of Islam is one of the greatest threats to Christianity today. The threat is great because Christians are fearful, weak, and timid, while the Muslims are bold about their beliefs. Anyone who will openly cut the head off of someone just because they are in disagreement with their belief is pretty bold in my book. We are seeing this all around the world, and yet the Christian Church remains timid and weak in America. I do not understand this position of the Church!

 

Muslims are lost, dying, and going to Hell. They need to hear the Gospel and be saved and born again. They are strong, bold people who need to hear the Gospel spoken in boldness. The Gospel is a strong Message of Truth. Jesus is the essence of love but He was not a weak person when He ministered on earth, and He will not be weak when He returns for His Church.

 

The Spirit of God in us as believers in Jesus Christ, is not that of fear and weakness. Believers must take a bold stand for Christ in America. If we are not bold now, we will be bowled over by the enemy. Will you be bold, or will you be bowled over?

 

A bold stand for Christ will........turn the tide
