Philippians 4:6 Be anxious for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
The key words of this Passage of Scripture are “with thanksgiving.” The Apostle Paul is telling us to stop worrying and be thankful for what God is already doing, whether we can see it or not. That’s not an easy task, but it is putting our faith into action.
No matter how hopeless the situation may seem, we are to simply let our requests be known to God and thank Him for what He is already doing in regard to that situation.
He knows our dilemma. He knows the desires of our hearts. He is well aware of what we need. He wants what is best for us. He is on our side, and He is already at work to accomplish that which may seem impossible to us.
Most things are impossible for us, but NOTHING is impossible for God. We serve a miracle-working God who is able to do absolutely anything! So.........whatever it is you've been worrying about, just let your request be made known to God and start thanking Him for what He is already done and is doing because He is already at work!
Living a life of thanksgiving will........turn the tide........in your life
