2 Timothy 3:16-17 All Scripture is given by Inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in Righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

As we continue in our quest to find every aspect of God’s Pattern for His Church, it quickly becomes apparent that none of it is about us. We are but tools in the Hands of God to be used to build His Kingdom. If we allow ourselves to be used by God, He will Bless us during our lives here on earth and forever in Heaven.

It’s easy to point fingers at individuals and draw attention to what they are doing wrong, but Jesus said, And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, “Let me remove the speck from your eye”; and look, a plank is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye. (Matthew 7:3-5)

Our relationship with God is personal. It’s between us and the Three Persons of the Godhead; the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. No one else on earth has a part in your personal relationship with God. No one can answer for you or do what God created you to do. We each answer for ourselves. God created us with free will which is the ability to make decisions about what we say and do and we will be accountable for those decisions.

Our guide through this life is the Holy Word of God and it will bring conviction to our hearts about things in our lives that are not right. All Scripture is given by Inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in Righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

The Word of God is the single most important “thing” on Earth. It holds the answers to every question ever asked. It is our Manual for living and Blueprint for what God created us to do. As the Scripture says, it holds our instructions in Righteousness.

People don’t read the Bible because it brings correction and they don’t want to be corrected. We all need correction because we all get off track. The goal in this life is to maintain faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and continually trust in His Finished Work on the Cross of Calvary where all power of the enemy was defeated.

The greatest and most powerful advice I could give you today is: Read and study the Word of God.

God’s Word will….….turn the tide ……….one soul at a time.
