1 Corinthians 5:21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the Righteousness of God in Him.

 

If those who are Saved and born again knew the Power of God in them, we could turn the world upside-down. Most Christians believe in Jesus but they have no idea of the Power of God that now dwells within them. The Spirit of Truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. (John 14:17)

 

Every born-again believer in Christ has God’s Divine Power living inside them. His Divine Power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness. Through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virture, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious Promises, that through these you may be partakers of the Divine Nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. (2 Peter 2:3-4) Therefore, we can now live a Divine Life!

 

This Divine Life we live is also eternal. It is not temporary, it is eternal. Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears My Word and believes Him who sent Me has Eternal Life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life. (John 5:24) Therefore, we now have Eternal Life!

 

This Divine, Eternal Life is also Victorious. For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the Victory that has overcome the world—our faith. (1 John 5:4) Therefore, we can now live a Victorious Life!

 

This Divine, Eternal, Victorious Life is Incorruptible. Having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the Word of God which lives and abides forever. (1 Peter 1:23) Therefore, this life we now live is Incorruptible!

 

This Divine, Eternal, Victorious, Incorruptible Life is also Indestructible. Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. (Luke 10:19) Therefore, this life we now live is Indestructible!

 

This Divine, Eternal, Victorious, Incorruptible, Indestructible Life is also Undefeatable. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their Righteousness is from Me, says the Lord. (Isaiah 54:17) Therefore, this life we now live is Undefeatable!

 

The life of every born-again believer in Christ can be described with these six words: Divine, Eternal, Victorious, Incorruptible, Indestructible, and Undefeatable! This is the Power of God in us! This is why Jesus went to the Cross. Be encouraged! Rise up and walk in the Power of God that dwells within you!
