1 Corinthians 2:10 But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.
It is the Holy Spirit that reveals to us the deep things of God. Sometimes we will read a Passage of Scripture that we have read a hundred times before, and all of a sudden it takes on a whole new meaning; a new revelation about Words we have seen many times prior.
When we receive a new Revelation about a Passage of Scripture or Biblical Principle, it is the Holy Spirit that has revealed that to us. This is representative of the Power of His Teaching.
I remember as a child in school, sometimes I just couldn’t understand what the teacher was trying to teach me. Then someone else would explain it in a different way, and I immediately understood. It takes the right teacher to get through to people at times, and the Holy Spirit of God is the Teacher of God’s Word and Plan, especially the deep things of God.
We will never understand the deep things of God without the Holy Spirit. God reveals all things to us through the Holy Spirit, and the more time we spend alone with The Teacher, the deeper our understanding will become. He is our Private tutor. What a Benefit in our Benefit package!
It’s up to us to seek the deep things of God. We have to be willing to take the steps into the deep water. Many Christians are sitting on the edge of the pool with one toe in the water. They think they are in deep, but they are mistaken.
The Teacher is in the deep water, and He is calling you to walk out to Him. Do not be afraid, like a little child sitting on the top step. Go ahead! Walk out into the deep. Seek the deep things of God. There is always deeper water. The deeper you go, the deeper He will take you. With every step, He will reveal to you greater Truths.
I am reminded of the old song: Step into the Water. Wade out a little bit deeper. Wet your feet in the Water of His Love. Step into the Water. Wade out a little bit deeper. Come join Angels singing praises to to the Lamb of God.
Step into the Water. It will….......turn the tide .........in your life.
