Those Who Love Him

Psalm 34:8 Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!

Why do people seek something better when they have the best already? Take a look around you at what the Lord has provided and then ask yourself: Am I seeking something better when God has already provided for me the best? If we were honest, most of us would probably have to answer, yes.

The Pasture of Plenty contains absolutely everything anyone could ever ask for or imagine, and yet, we (the sheep) live much of our lives with our heads through the fence seeking something better. My friends, there is nothing better. Life in the Pasture of Plenty is the Abundant Life Jesus died for us to enjoy during our lifetime on earth. Nothing of the world, outside the fence, can ever compare to what the Lord has provided for those who love Him.

All God asks is for us to love Him and put Him first in our lives. When we do, the Benefits and Blessings will flow unlike anything we can imagine. Jesus said, Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness and all these things will be added unto you. (Matthew 6:33) God does not change. The Word of God does not contradict itself. It is true and consistent from the beginning to the end.

Therefore know that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps Covenant and Mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His Commandments;(Deuteronomy 7:9)  (Written approximately 1450 BC)

Thus let all Your enemies perish, O Lord! But let those who love Him be like the sun when it comes out in full strength. (Judges 5:31) (Written approximately 1300 BC)

For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither has the eye seen, O God, beside You, what He has prepared for those who love Him. (Isaiah 64:4)

(Written approximately 700 BC)

O Lord, great and awesome God, who keeps His Covenant and Mercy with those who love Him, and with those who keep His Commandments, (Daniel 9:4) (Written approximately 525 BC)

Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him. (1 Corinthians 2:9) (Written approximately 60 AD)

Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. (James 1:12) (Written approximately 60 AD)

Listen, my beloved brethren: Has God not chosen the poor of this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the Kingdom which He promised to those who love Him? (James 2:5) (Written approximately 60 AD)

Be counted with those who love Him. Come and taste and see that the Lord is good. Be blessed. Stay in the Pasture. There is nothing better anywhere!

Loving Him will...........turn the tide..........in your life.

Loving Him.     Doreen
