John 1:3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.

 

Jesus was there at the beginning when everything was Created. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. (John 1:3) The Father, Jesus (Who was the Word at that time), and the Holy Spirit were all together at the time of Creation.

 

Everything we receive from God comes to us by way of Jesus Christ. He is the Source of everything from God. I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father but by Me. (John 14:6) There is no doubt that Jesus Christ is the Way to all Blessings from God. He is our Source.

 

The greatest Blessing of God is His Forgiveness of our sins; Redemption. Without this we will remain lost, dying, and headed for eternity in Hell. To achieve this we must believe that Jesus is the Son of the Living God and that He died on the Cross for our sins.

 

Our faith in His Finished Work on the Cross is the means by which we are Redeemed and Justified in the Eyes of God. This is Salvation. This is what it means to be Saved and born again. We are a new creation IN Christ Jesus because of our faith in His shed Blood on the Cross of Calvary. There is no other way to be Saved.

 

If you have ever belonged to a service organization or club that does good for the community, they probably functioned by committees. One such committee is the Ways and Means Committee. This is the group of people who decide what the organization needs to do and how to get it done. They set the goals for the group and figure out how to fund the projects. These people find the financial means to achieve the goals. Someone must pay the bills. Without a good Ways and Means Committee, little to nothing will be accomplished for the community.

 

In our spiritual lives, Jesus is our Ways and Means. The goal is to be Redeemed in the Eyes of God the Father, live an abundant life, free from sin, here on earth, and spend eternity in Heaven with Him. This is God’s Will for our lives and He made a Way for all that to be possible. That Way is faith in Jesus.

 

The Means by which Jesus paid for it all is the Cross. He went to the Cross to pay the price required by God the Father. The price was His shed Blood. He was the Way but if He didn’t go to the Cross, there would be no Means. He had to go to the Cross to satisfy the demands of Father God.

 

Jesus is the Way. His Crucifixion on the Cross is the Means. Praise God for Jesus! He is God’s Ways and Means Committee. Jesus paid it all. His Mission was accomplished when He said. It is finished. (John 19:30)

 

Only Jesus can……….turn the tide……..in your life.
